The Consular Section of the Embassy is open to the public Monday through Friday, between 09:30 – 13:00, 14:00 – 18:00 hours.
Consular services are not provided on the following days:
- Saturdays and Sundays;
Official Moldovan Holidays:
- January 1 - New Year;
- 7th and 8th January - The Birth of Jesus Christ (Christmas);
- March 8 - International Women's Day;
- the first and second Easter days according to the church calendar (Christian Orthodox);
- the second Monday after the Easter;
- May 1 - International Labor Day (Solidarity Day);
- May 9 - Victory Day and the Remembrance of Fallen Heroes;
- August 27 - Independence Day of the Republic of Moldova;
- August 31 – Holiday "Our Romanian Language";
- December 25 - The Birth of Jesus Christ (Christmas) - New Style;
- Days during which consular services are provided in other locations (the "Embassy comes closer to you" program).
Please note that you are required to schedule an appointment for almost all the consular services (except: emergency situation).
